Proposed sale of impounded stock

Council has seized and impounded the following stock from Ruatoria Township on 27 December 2011.

• 1 Bay Stallion

Notice is given that unless claimed by the owner and all charges paid, the stock will be sold by public auction to be held at Te Puia Springs Pound on Monday 16 January 2012 at 1.30pm.

This notice is given in accordance with the Impounding Act 1955.
