Extraordinary council meeting

Resolution from Council held an extraordinary council meeting on Tuesday 22 October 2009 at 2pm.  The purpose of the meeting was to respond to a call by the Directors of Gisborne Holdings Ltd, to discuss statements reported in the Gisborne Herald. In compliance with Clause 2.14.5 of Council's Standing Orders, the resolutions passed were :

THAT Council receives the Report

THAT Council passes a Vote of Confidence in the Board of Gisborne Holdings Limited and Tauwhareparae Farms Limited.

THAT Council approves Tauwhareparae Farms Limited to make a preliminary press release of the Tauwhareparae Farms Limited Annual Report
