Lean Business Series - Modules 1 & 2

The Lean business programme will assist your business to improve performance, eliminate inefficient processes and activities, and increase customer satisfaction.  Lean Business systems can enable businesses to improve productivity, become more competitive, grow sales and increase profits.  You will have completed the Lean Business series after attending two full day workshops.
