Impounded stock

Proposed sale of stock

Council has seized and impounded the following stock from opposite Putaanga Marae, Tikitiki on Tuesday 24 August 2010:

• 1 black mare & one black foal
• 1 chestnut mare & one strawberry foal
• 1 chestnut mare
• 1 blue white mare
• 1 white stallion

Notice is given that unless claimed by the owner and all charges paid, the stock will be sold by public auction to be held at Te Puia Springs public pound on Wednesday 8 September 2010 at 1.30pm.

This notice is given in accordance with the Impounding Act 1955.
