Hall Street footbridge closed

For 4 weeks from Monday 9 August

The Hall Street footbridge will be closed from 8am on Monday 9 August for 4 weeks. Repairs will be made to the deck and rails.

Pedestrians and cyclists will need to take an alternative route using the Derby Street footbridge or the Roebuck Road bridge.
Paddlers and river users are advised to take care passing under the bridge when contractors are working.

The deck and rails on the footbridge are in need of repair.

 To ensure public safety the footbridge will be fenced off so no one will be permitted on the bridge.
