Abandoned land

Devery Street, Whatatutu

After the expiry of 1 month from the date of the publication of this notice the Gisborne District Council intends to exercise its powers under Section 77 of the Local Government (Rating) Act 2002 by seeking orders from the District Court at Gisborne declaring the following land to be abandoned land and authorising the council to sell it or lease it:

A property at Devery Street, Whatatutu more particularly described as ALL THAT parcel of land containing 8094m² more or less being Lot 1 Deposited Plan 2918 and being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title Volume 2C Folio 300 (Gisborne Registry) registered proprietors –

Joseph Kiriwera, Daphne Ripeka Brown, Graham Master Kere Orupe, Irene Peace Mua, Hirini Okeroa Terae Te Kaihau Orupe (also know as Sydney Tipene) (also known as Peneha), Moetu Matahi, Kiri Te Kere, Hiriwa Whiri, Paul Orupe, Dick Puri Orupe, Joe Karauna Orupe, Waimana Phyllis Kui Brown, Hine Tangi Tupo, Willy (also known as Nancy Orupe), Dahlia Tawhai.
